Introduction

We bring you greetings from the King of Kings and decree that it is well with you, your work/business, family and whatever you lay your hands upon in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ. This is Unfailing Life Int’l Ministry [ULIM] in Lagos, Nigeria giving you an update on the vision of the Lord given unto us to execute in this Season.

We are mandated to buy acres of land outside the city limit where we are build ministry training center; and compassionate plus rehabilitating center for our brothers and sisters who through the mercy of God deserves a new lease in life. Details and building plan are on the attached brochure.

Both of these two vital entities will be housed in this property… acres of land that we are proposing to buy and build on the way to Badagry, on the outskirt of Lagos city metropolis in Nigeria.

It will be divided into two parts. One is the ministerial part where disciples are trained and we have short term training center for ministers and a refueling center for burnt out ministers. Part of this is the Prayer ground where saints and ministers can have retreat whether it is personal or corporate.

On the other part is the compassionate ministry which includes the below:

Taking care of the orphans, aged and widows that have no one to care for their basic necessities

Rehabilitating center for drug addicts and Prostitutes.

Training jobless people on short term trainings to have skills with which they can work with and not become a societal nuisance. At the same token there people who have educational degrees who could not find jobs in their fields and they needed to be empowered through basic training for example carpentry, fashion designing, electrical repairs, plumbing, pottery, basket weaving, and soap making so that they can earn a decent living.

We shall be involved in large scale farming, poultry, fishery, and piggery so that in a matter of five years the place can be self-sustaining financially.

5. We shall embark on small scale industries and needed centers that will make the community to be almost self-sufficient like water plant, solar driven energy plant, supermarket, dispensary, cassava frying industries to make garri, silo to store grains like corn being produced there. Packaged food including fruits, grains and fresh and frozen chickens, plus eggs shall be some of the products we will sell.

Housing projects will be put in place to house this people and we will get them involved in constant Christianity renewal programs to make them re-absorbable into the society at large. Chalets will be built to accommodate visitors to the community especially those who are on retreat before the Presence of the Lord.

“I will tell you the kind of day I want—a day to set people free. I want a day that you take the burdens off others. I want a day when you set troubled people free and you take the burdens from their shoulders. I want you to share your food with the hungry. I want you to find the poor who don’t have homes and bring them into your own homes. When you see people who have no clothes, give them your clothes! Don’t hide from your relatives when they need help.” Isa 58:6-7 ERV
