A laborer is a man, who is ready to do Aunskilled manual work or better still he who is willing to condescend or go beyond the normal sense of duty to please the master or earn wages. Webster dictionary describes him as “One who labors in a toilsome occupation; a man who does work that requires little skill, as distinguished from an artisan”. Laborers are people who work with their hands; someone engaged in manual labor.
There are true laborers called shepherds and there are hireling who does the work haphazardly though he knows that the result
will not be pleasing to his employer or master, most of what we have now in Kingdom works are hirelings and they are plenty in the vineyard work while true laborers are few and when the boss is not around hireling do not do the work as unto the Lord, not with all their heart, mind and soul.
