Every born-again believer was created to walk in dominion and authority in the earth. Too many people live defeated lives, not knowing they are destined to be in control right where they are. We were born to win. People who walk in dominion exercise supremacy wherever they are found. Such discovered the grace to rule and subdue all other being in their domain.
God made man to live in triumph, victory and never in defeat. Man is destined to be God’s representatives and ambassadors on earth that rules over every other creation on earth be it in the air, sea or on the land. Therefore, the Church of God made in the image of Jesus Christ and saddled with the task of representing Jesus Christ now cannot but understand and have the desire to see the manifestation of the sons of God who knows their God and are strong; these received the mandate to reign as “kings and priests” on earth. The understanding of her kingdom authority or dominion rule gives access and authority to exercise this dominion.
As the Church, the authority we acquire (require) to have (exercise) dominion is tied to knowledge ( of the word of God), loving (love for) righteousness, departing (departure) from iniquity, transformation,(and) renewing of our mind and other paradigm shift to become like Jesus in order to wield the same authority and power (just like him) that Jesus wielded.
“And God said, Let us make man in our image, after our likeness: and let them have DOMINION over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over the cattle, and over all the earth, and over every creeping thing that creep upon the earth” Gen. 1:26
In this book, we shall consider Genesis 1:26 to emphasize that God created the earth for mankind: for you and me, male and female. Man was designed to be in authority in all we do and everywhere we go. At the recreation of the earth, God had a plan, thus, He created man as male and female. God’s will was for them to have dominion over all the earth and over everything (therein) in it.
